Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Dianore. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy. we’re here to help.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags and labels attached. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds Process

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return or exchange has been processed.

If your return or exchange is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
